Despite my recent period of anime burnout, I did decide to take a look at what would be coming out in the next couple of months and see if anything would pique my interest. Unfortunately, there isn’t really anything that I have a strong desire to watch. I don’t know if it’s the plots of the animes or if I just still haven’t regained my interest in anime x_x Might have something to do with the fact that there’s a lot of live action stuff that I’ve meaning to watch, like the other Lord of the Rings movies and Doctor Who.
And now for my first impressions of the animes (based off their descriptions on anime visual charts, and any prior knowledge I happen to have :p ).

Chart from Neregate, click for full size. Let me know if the image stops showing; I would host the image myself, but none of the image-hosting sites that I use can upload the full size image. D:
Amnesia Another anime adaptation of an otome game, I hope they do a good job with it for a change. D: I kinda question the heroine’s wisdom in going to meet a guy that she doesn’t even remember. I’ve heard that some of the characters in Amnesia were a bit crazed -_-;;
Bakumatsu Gijinden Roman Soon as it said “Phantom Thief”, Magic Kaito came to my mind. I only vaguely know about Conan and Kaito due to fanart I’ve seen, though.
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT I may watch this, seeing as I found the first season pretty amusing, even if the ecchi scenes didn’t appeal to me.
Cuticle Detective Inaba This actually sounds entertaining, so I might decide to watch it. xD
D.C. III ~ Da Capo III ~ I watched the 1st two Da Capos and they weren’t bad, but they were kinda depressing x_x Reading the descriptions of the characters in the plot summary makes me laugh a little. School idol, childhood friend who’s like a little sister, overachiever, energetic but sickly…Pretty common character types in a harem, at least as far as my experience goes.
GJ-bu “Short stories about the lives of high school students”. Purposely vague, I guess? D:
Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun At least the art looks pretty, from the picture in the chart. xD I wonder if it’s significant at all that the cahracters are descended from a dog o_o;;
Hetalia: The Beautiful World I’d heard rumors there would be another Hetalia season, but I hadn’t really given them much thought. I’m happy to learn that they’re true, though (:
Ishida to Asakura Does he have an afro? And what is that green thing pointing to his nose?
Love Live! School Idol Project There must be a ton of animes about idols out there by now @_@
Mangirl! When I saw the title I thought it’d be about genderbending, but it ‘s not. I think I’ve seen quite a few series about mangakas or manga editors, wonder if this one will turn out well or not.
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha Reminds me a little of the 3rd season of Shakugan no Shana.
Minami-ke Tadaima Wow, 4th season of Minami-ke already? I still haven’t watched any of it…think I should watch it? o:
Senyuu. Doesn’t sound too original. But I do like how they call Aruba “Hero No. 45″ :p
Vividred Operation The director was apparently the same person who did Strike Witches…well, that explains why the main characters almost looks like she’s not wearing pants xD
As for the films that will be coming out this winter:
Ao no Exorcist I hadn’t known they were making a movie. I hope it isn’t just a recap and that it’s got new material (or that it follows the manga, since I have been told that the anime did not stick with the manga).
Toaru Majutsu no Index: Endymion no Kiseki That reminds me, I only watched about 2 episodes of Toaru’s 1st season so far. Should probably get around to finishing it xD I at least wanted to see more of Misaka and to see Accelerator D:
And feel free to tell me if you think I should watch any of the animes of last season, since I hardly watched anything that was airing @_@ I did watch the first couple of episodes of K Project (all the fanart out there..curiosity killed the cat, if you catch my drift :p ). I kind of have a love-hate relationship with it so far xD Currently thinking about watching Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai, Psycho-Pass, Sukitte Ii na yo, or Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, or possibly reading the mangas instead. Or maybe I’ll just go back to that list of animes I was meaning to watch up until I lost the motivation o_o;;

Sukitte ii nayo _(:3」∠)_ It’s kind of like Kimi ni Todoke in terms of plot, but I watched it because Sakurai Takahiro fjjsdfjasjdfjasdf If you liked Kimi ni Todoke, you should definitely watch it then~
, and end with a harem ending. I’ll still watch it because the art and seiyuus _(:3」∠)_
Haven’t watched Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (Suzuki Tatsuhisa yesssss), but I plan on doing so, hopefully… eventually OTL
Amnesia looks pretty promising so far, but I’m guessing like all otome game adaptions, it’s just going to graze over each of the routes (no cage-of-love thank god ; u
Maybe I’ll give it a try, then, since I really like Kimi ni Todoke (but hopefully not too similar because then I’ll spend the whole time comparing the two x_x ) But I do like Sakurai Takahiro’s voice so that’s pretty tempting ;__; Suzaku, Cloud, Fakir, and I forget who else, whoops.
It seems pretty entertaining and I’m on a comedy kick right now xD If you do watch it, let me know what you think ^-^
True, it at least seems that it’ll be easy on the eyes xD I think I heard about the cage of love, that was kinda disturbing o_o;;
